أشارت دائرة العلاقات القومية والدولية في م.ت.ف في تقرير لها وصل ” نافذة الخير” نسخة عنه، إلى أن العام 2008 كان الأكثر دموية، إذ شهد انتهاكات جسيمة لحقوق الشعب الفلسطيني من قبل جيش الاحتلال الإسرائيلي، الذي شن في نهاية العام حرب إبادة وقتل وجرح الآلاف من الفلسطينيين ودمر مئات المنازل والمساجد والمؤسسات والمراكز الصحية ، منتهكا قواعد القانون الدولي الإنساني مرتكبا جرائم حرب ضد الإنسانية.
